There was a slight delay for some Liberty Reserve member payouts as I was waiting for exchanged funds to arrive, my apology to those affected members. Next time I will do better and try to complete all payouts faster.

1 December 2007 is our 1st month anniversary and I have waived the 3% upgrade fees for all processors for all upgrades. If you have already surfed and not taken advantage of the fees free day, well don't worry.
I will also waive the 3% upgrade fee for 2 December 2007 as well, for what reason, some may ask? Well, hmm it's my birthday.. Surprise!
