hello all, i created my DX account a few days ago and i cant verify my email address. it is not sending the verification code to my email (i have tried many times to resend the verifaction code over the last few days and nothing, even tried adding another email and nothing). also the system will not allow me to create a support thread, it keeps redirecting me to my profile summary page. basically i cant navigate anywhere in the system, all of the links in the menu have "padlock icons" on them, and when i click them it takes me to my view profile page. Any suggestions or advice would be great
