dxdebit to account balance

hi, i have taken 40% out of my dxdebit to try and purchase more digote but it is telling me that i cannot transfer from my account balance into my portfolio balance, how do i transfer this from my account balance so i can purchase more digots???

Your best bet when looking for answers to such questions as above is the Help section of DxSynergy(as it is now known). I use this often as I am as confused as everyone else. There are so many people in the same boat after all the changes that many have probably given up. I have some money tied up here and I am determined to make sense of it. So, use the Help section. Just type in the key words and you should be able to pull out some answers.
