Life is simply great. Chinese New Year is just round the corner, I am sure more than 25% of the world population will be rejoicing this week as it's always a big grand affair starting with the reunion dinner on New Year eve. I have been busy catching up with last minutes shopping for new clothings and cookies last week.

30D-Ads wishes all our Chinese members "Gong Xi Fa Chai" and "A Happy & Prosperous Chinese New Year".

I have completed all AlertPay, AlterGold, E-Bullion and E-Gold payments within TOS, with the exception of 1 more Liberty Reseve cashout request and some more SolidTrust Pay cashout requests to made. About 75% of STP payments have been paid out so far and for balance of members waiting for STP payments, please bear with me as I will process them as fast as our STP funds returned. This is only a temporary setback not only to our site but affect all other surf sites as well. I just want to request your understanding as 30D-Ads is not run ponzi style.

This STP problem has been created when STP site came under DDOS attack and could not be access for 5 or 6 days causing our funds to be unaccessible for investment and returning funds with earnings getting delayed in payments to us, I have since then re-invested them out. Further complication arises last Friday with about 30 Miyi-hosted sites also coming under heavy DDOS attack and were out for 3 days, causing further delay to our returning funds getting paid to us.

I am very sure our STP problems will be resolved within this month and all things will be back to normal soon. Meantime, lets pray that we do not encounter any more unforeseen situation that will hamper our progress this month as 30D-Ads grow steadily and strongly.

I will like to wecome all new members to our site and express my special thanks to all members for their continuous marketing efforts. All new members please note that you have 30 days to try out our site and another 15 days to get upgraded, after that the system will automatically delete you from our database.

With effect from 1 March 2008, this 45 days grace period will be shortened to 30 days for you to get upgraded as our database is increasing at a trememdous pace and I do not want to impose a heavy load on our bandwidth, this will ensure all members can have a nice and smooth surfing experience.

I will be contacting our Host to upgrade our PHP Version 4 to Version 5 with SHA 256 encryption sometime tonight in order to accept auto-upgrade for Liberty Reserve. If you are unable to login to surf later, please be informed that you can try again to login at a later time, otherwise if you have missed earning today, your missed earning will be credited 2 days later when I run surf holiday, so do not worry about it.

Hello Members

The last of our STP payments were make today. All members have been fully paid.

I have explained that STP payments will be delayed for last cashout due to STP site down for 6 days and only as our invested funds returned, payments will be make progressively.

This STP issue will be resolved by end of this month as our investments catch up, so members please be patient with me.

All other payment processor funds are unaffected and have been paid on time per our TOS.

Lunar New Year passes quickly and I am back working full swing to get our investments earning well for us.

30D-Ads is now online for 103 days with over 300 members and 165 upgraded, more than $27,000 ad-pack purchased and $18,000 earnings paid, Alexa ranking up to 101,738 in just 3 months. Indeed, I am proud of our overall achievements and all member efforts in promotion and marketing.

I have done a review of our current financial health and have the honour to announce that 30D-Ads is in very strong financial health today with our short term investments earning and contributing well and our long term investments growing steadily and strongly.

The last STP payment was paid out yesterday and I want to thank all those members who waited patiently for their STP payments while we work through the STP fund issues, I expect these STP fund issues to be fully resolved by end of this month.

All other payment processor funds are not affected and are earning and contributing well, although Alter Gold site was down for 6 days, the Alter Gold fund is too small to affect our performance.

I will be making the following changes with effect from 15 February 2008 to take 30D-Ads up to the top 50,000 Alexa ranked site and be among the Elite Top Paying Sites in the World :-

1) New 8% x 15Days, 120% ROI Basic Plan (Surf Plan) will be added, as this is a popular plan to help members earn faster.

2) Old 4.3% x 30Days, 129% ROI Basic Plan to be changed to New 4.5% x 30Days, 135% ROI Elite Plan (Surf Plan) to help member to earn more.

3) Old 3% x 50Days, 150% ROI Elite Plan (Surf Plan) will be phased out, as this plan is not popular among members.

4) All Surf Plans will auto-expire into auto-pendings upon expiry and paid within 72 hours per TOS, usually faster.

5) Old 2.5% x 90Days, 225% ROI Premium Plan (Non-Surf Plan) and 1.5% x 180Days, 270% ROI Super Saver Plan (Non-Surf Plan) will remain unchanged, to help members to save up on their on-line investment earnings.

6) Cashout will be changed from twice monthly to once monthly on the last day of each month for members to cashout their cash balance including PTC earnings and commissions, this cashout day is in additional to daily payments for auto-pendings of expired upgrades and also for Non-Surf Plan members to cashout their earnings.

7) PTC ads earnings will now be rotated weekly on every Wednesday, among the 6 payment processors, to ensure all members get a chance to earn in different payment processor e-Currency, this is fairer to all members. PTC Ads are added incentives by 30D-Ads mainly to help free members earn and encourage them to upgrade.

8) Free members can advertise 1 site, Upgraded member 2 sites, VIP members 3 sites and Super-VIP member 5 sites to prevent over-loading of our 60GB bandwidth and ensure a smooth surfing experience for all members without hanging or crashing.

9) Free members have 15 days to try out our site and another 15 days to upgrade, after that the system will remove you from our database after 30 days.

These changes will ensure that we achieve our vision and move us to the top, as there are many new sites now competing for a piece of the market share. All existing upgrades will continue to earn until they expire into auto-pendings and get paid within 24 to 72 hours per TOS or get cashout at the end of the month.

The next cashout day will be on 29 February 2008 and Cashout Button will be enabled on 12.15 am to 11.45 pm server time. Cashout requests will as usual be processed within 24 hours and payments will commence from 24 to 72 hours per TOS.

All payment processors are fully automatic except E-Bullion and I am working to get E-Bullion fully automatic and secured by the end of this month. This will ensure that all upgrades and commissions are instantly credited and members can upgrade and surf without any delay.

Payments has been completed for auto-pendings of 27 February 2008, all paid within 24 hours upon expiry. Any auto-pendings under $2.50 have been skipped and will be added to your next payment,

Cashout button will be enabled tomorrow between 12.15am to 11.45pm server time. All upgraded members can cashout their cash balance, PTC Ads and commission earnings if you have more than $2.50 in the processor accounts. Payments will commence from 1st March 2008 onwards and continue until all cashout requests are completed.

Members who do not wish to cash out and prefer to be paid upon expiry of surf plans can abstain from cashing out.

I will like to extend my warmest welcome to all new members who have joined us and inform them that free members have 15 days to try us out and another 15 days to upgrade into 30D-Ads, after that the system will automatically delete you from our database.

30D-Ads is all about earning money on-line for viewing advertisements and getting paid promptly, if after 30 days and you are still not convince to join as an upgraded member, then this is the wrong place for you.

Invest-N-Surf has been down for a couple of days due to dedicated server overload problems but INS members are advised not to worry as my partner, Admin Ubaid has already purchased the top rated Miyi scripts and transferred hosting to Miyi dedicated server.

INS is in the process of transferring all member database into the new script and checking member database. All INS members will be credited and paid in full 120% ROA upon upgrade expiry. INS site is expected to be up within the next 24 hours, fully operational again.

I am sad to announce that 30D-Ads will be placed into a 2 to 3 months hybernation period with immediate effect. This is a safe guard for our remaining funds of over $12,000 in very stable short term sites like 14DaysHits, Invest-N-Surf, QXL Surf, etc and long term sites like Path2Prosperity and V-Lane to earn and reach the maturity required for us to pay off all outstanding Ad-Packs and their earnings plus interests.

Ad-Pack purchase options will be disabled with immediate effect and payments for all outstanding auto-pendings will be placed On-Hold until after the hybernation period. All current running Ad-Packs in Surf Plans and Non-Surf Plans will be allowed to run their full cycles and expired into auto-pendings.

All members will be paid their full ROA, no members will lose a single cent with us. When I resume payments again after our 2 to 3 months hybernation period, all auto-pendings will be paid in chronlogical order with interests calculated at 12% per annum for the period owing till paid.

I have to take this course of action to protect 30D-Ads after recent events wipe out a hefty chunks of our site returning payments and the DDOS attack has further fuel our problems with no Ad-Pack purchase income for investment. Main sites that fail and hurt us badly are listed below :
1. Surf Profits Pro - $5,800 losses over 2 phases
2. Executive Ads - $3,250 losses
3. Surf Libert Ads - $900 losses
4. Money Trip - $750 losses
5. The Traffic Zone - $300 losses
6. The One Surf - $14,900 losses
7. Plus a host of other smaller losses

For almost 6 months that 30D-Ads is online, I have paid every member their full ROA for their Ad-Pack purchases and always within our TOS of 72 hours until this last 1 to 2 weeks. Please trust me to pay your entitled ROA plus interest when 30D-Ads emerge from hybernation, much stronger with clear capital in hands and no debts.

During this 2 to 3 months hybernation period, I will be restructuring 30D-Ads to give it a new face-lift, most likely with a better script and new plan, current surf and non-surf plans will be phased out. It will also allow me to sort out our document verification to E-Gold and E-Bullion and re-address these 2 payment processors.

Please do not send any contact mails on this issue, I have chosen to take this route for the interest of all upgraded members and our site at heart, it's not been an easy decision for me but non-the-less, a very necessary decision which will made 30D-Ads much much stronger and gear for long term stability in the future.

This decision has no material effect on Club 2 Profits, which is a different profit center and run by Admin Ubaid. Please continue your great support for Admin Ubaid and Club 2 Profits, which has mainly evaded the bulk of the above site failures.
