If you'd like to know how a scam like Solid Investment can be extended indefinitely, read this.


On January 13, 1898, the French newspaper L?Aurore published J?accuse! [?I Accuse!?], an open letter addressed by the great writer Emile Zola to Felix Faure, President of France.1 All of Europe took notice.

Although far from having Zola?s literary stature, we have decided to give what follows a similar title.

WE ACCUSE!

We accuse Jerry D. Burling (alias ?Pingman?), Isabella Carmerra (?Topcat?), John Doel (?Budigower?), Daniel Pugh (?Burroak?), Todd Lindheim (?ljade243?), Devin McAusland (?1intheknow?), Thomas Sullivan (?Salvo?), Jean-Noel Ott (?Alberto?), Crystal Schultz (?Summer?), Simon Church (?Simonsage?) and ?SI VIP? (first name Bill, reachable at azinvest45@yahoo.com).

We accuse these individuals of perpetrating an Internet scam by using their SI php and PG forum space to artificially extend the ?life? of a prior Internet scam, the infamous Solid Investment swindle. We suspect that their main collective purpose is to cover the tracks of the original Solid Investment fraudsters until the statute of limitations runs out on the SI case and the fraudsters can no longer be prosecuted. We suspect that some of the people we accuse have been handsomely compensated for this cover-up.

These people are each acting out a well rehearsed part in the same cynical play, for which one (or both) of the forums is their stage. They are truth-benders, dissemblers, impostors and liars. They have never been in the play to help you. They are in it for self-aggrandizement, for a perverse illusion of power and, of course, for the money when they freely advertise their own pet financial schemes on stage. They are mostly incompetent administrators, analysts and commentators, but they are pretty good cyberspace actors. And when it comes to manipulating others, these control freaks are truly experts. They are seemingly oblivious to the noxious impact their mendacious charade is having on the lives of real folks, or to the anger it has generated. These people?s arrogance is beyond belief. They have treated you like a moron, and taken you for one heck of a ride.

Are they having fun at your expense? You bet they are!

We will no longer allow these compulsive deluders to hide their stinking playground behind multiple anonymous user names. We want them to be taken to account, so we displayed their real names above. Pingman and his associates will tell you that we have illegally used protected forum Emailing lists. Baloney! Every single one of the accused has sent a private message from outside the forums to at least one of us, and given his or her name to the addressee(s) without requesting confidentiality. And so have you. Besides, Budigower recently sent an Email that unashamedly promotes his surreal Pascas/FOP investment plans to 500 or so forum members ? what do you think of that?

Your unscrupulous, hypocritical, self-righteous and self-ingratiating ?moderators? and ?information providers? told you they could not reveal their information sources lest the sources should dry up. This was a setup. They likewise told you they could not give you verifiable proof of payouts. This, too, was a setup. They said that the recipients of large payouts would all want to remain incognito: if you know anything about human nature (and you do), then you also know that this was garbage. On December 20, 2008, Pingman announced that the SI ?conference room? would be closed until further notice, for security reasons, as a new SI-payout Internet site was scheduled to come on line the following Monday (LOL). This, again, was a set-up. Therefore don?t expect the ?conference room? to ever be reopened, especially since Pingman can only view dissenting views as threats to his peevish ego.

Pingman lied. Topcat lied. Budigower lied. SI VIP lied. Simonsage lied. They all lied in concert.

Pingman was supposed to have had access, at great personal cost, to German court documents proving that you would get paid? eventually. But after Langnes requested a signed affidavit from him to authenticate this claim, he privately admitted to Langnes?s brother (how courageous!) that he had never seen the documents himself.

Budigower keeps harping on his main ?six independent sources?. We know who two of them are, and believe us, neither their validity nor their reliability is anything to brag about. If the other four exist (we don?t think they do), their quality is very unlikely to be much better. We suspect Budigower uses kinesiology2 to judge a person?s truthfulness, and if that?s how he evaluates his sources you know darn well you are dealing with a quack.3 We believe that all his ?information? has been systematically fabricated. What you have been getting all along is not information but endlessly recycled disinformation.

The only thing these guys are good at is organized deceit. Over a 31-month period, none of their predictions, not one of them, has ever come to pass ? for which they have not issued a single apology! It?s too bad they didn?t have a chance to work for the previous US Administration: they would surely have discovered weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

We seem to remember that a long time ago Pingman advised SI php forum members to inform their banks that potentially large transfer payments were coming into their accounts (LOL). This was a less-than-ethical and very stupid thing to do, and is an additional measure of the man?s ?competence?, considering that he has not even been able to bring a semblance of democratic order to his own medium-sized forum.

Neither Pingman, nor Budigower, nor ljade243 (a self-styled American lawyer who does not belong to the American Bar Association) knows anything substantial about Continental European justice systems in general or about German courts in particular. We do. There are genuine and well-educated Germans among us. For all practical purposes, the German court so often mentioned by Pingman et al can only draft opinions and give advice. It does not have the power to render final and binding judgments. Some of us initially thought it did (sorry) but later found that it does not. And so, absent the German court?s ?decision? and, of course, the famous court documents, what is left? Absolutely nothing.

More on the subject of incompetence now: some of the statements Pingman and Budigower repeatedly made about US taxes with respect to the SI payout mirage are ludicrous. For example, in both late 2007 and late 2008 you were told you would be paid by Christmas (LOL) because the Internal Revenue Service wanted to get its slice of the cake before the end of the calendar year. This was total nonsense. The IRS does not tell employers when to pay their employees, or companies when to shell out dividends. It only collects taxes when, or sometime after, the payments take place, whenever that may be. One of us spent two years auditing tax returns at the California State Franchise Tax Board in Rancho Cordova and knows full well how the IRS does things on every level.

In addition, one of us holds an advanced degree from a very highly rated European business school; and one of us is the son of a former top executive at a European national bank, formerly a money-printing central bank. Thus we may be in a position to tell you that Budigower?s eclectic ramblings about British banks, alternative medical care, ?etheric farming? and the world economy would make most serious professionals in the banking and finance industries shake their heads in disbelief. There is no way a set of five (then four, then three?) large British banks would or even could operate in the manner he has described. His ?proposals? for the alleviation of world poverty are a fuzzy-dreamy hodgepodge of half-baked ideas and an insult to many well-intentioned, well-funded and well-managed charitable and/or non-governmental organizations that do their level best to make a difference.

Who is Budigower anyway? A self-described accountant with a shady past4 who doesn?t appear to know a whole lot about business management; or even to have much time for accounting, if he has been spending several hours a day ?gathering information? for you; not to mention the hours spent walking on the beach or writing about Pascas/FOP, or the time he should normally be sharing with his family.

We believe that Budigower?s ?office? is just a front. So please, please do not entrust any of your hard-earned money to this man. If you do, the only iron-clad guarantee you?ll have, in our opinion, is that your funds will melt like spring snow in the Alps before evaporating into thin air, one more time.

The other thing you can be virtually certain of is that no solidinvestment.com ?investor? has ever received a payout since July 2006 or will receive one after today. If three fifty-dollar bills had suddenly grown on each and every tree in the world?s remaining rainforests, there would still not be a sufficient windfall of money to cover all the supposedly disbursed and yet-to-be-disbursed SI payouts. How can adult men and women, after 31 months of uninterrupted deception, still buy into Budigower?s fairy tales? The reality: it?s as if your ?moderators? and ?information providers? have a bet going among themselves about how long they?ll be able to bamboozle you and get away with it.

They haven?t bamboozled us. Their entire show is like a baleful, most unethical and perniciously insane psycho-sociological experiment purporting to find out to what extent and for how many consecutive years a large group of people can be fooled through the lure of a falsely promised pot of gold at the end of an invisible rainbow.

This has got to stop ? now.

We stand ready to open all the Solid Investment forum records we have to any news or government/law enforcement agency that may approach us for inquiries.

A world trip in 90 seconds!

At about 1.30 on Monday night (early hours of Tuesday 3 July 07) I (John Doel) joined Perry Kimelman and Graham Golding in a healing process being provided by Perry. Perry was finishing with Graham when I joined.

Perry requested that I release Pascas Project to God. This I did ? successfully apparently. Then I felt this incredible sensation come over me. Apparently my body started to shake and choke and splutter like a T model Ford on steroids. I could see a kind of terror on Graham?s face, but the panic appearing on Perry?s face was something else. The thought of heart attack was emerging on his mind. I had no physical feelings what so ever, so I ?felt? fine. For ninety seconds or so I went on an incredible journey.

The speed of this travel was at such a rate I could see light fall away from behind me. I never considered light to go incredibly slow. When needing to change course, I did not experience any G-force. There was no feely of gravity.

In this time, I visited every Pascas Health Clinic, all 4,000 or so, I visited the Pascas Health Sanctuary?s, I visited every proposed commercial enterprise that we have envisaged. More importantly, I visited all the Pascas Parks. These Parks will receive nearly 500 million visitors through out every 10 years.

What was incredible was the serene, calm and joyous faces on people, that I observed, in all of these establishments. These beautiful expressions on every ones face was everywhere.

The plaintiffs-appellees noted that Ferdinand had been seen in possession of enormous amounts of gold, as well as a golden buddha statue.

On February 14, 1996, the circuit court conducted a hearing on Imelda's motion in limine. The court ruled that, as a threshold matter, the plaintiffs-appellees had established the existence of a conspiracy involving Ferdinand and numerous others, the object of which was to deprive Roxas of his discovered treasure, arrest him, and torture him. After a long absence I came to an unknown IP address and saw some graffiti on my walls.
I have been in trouble ever since I set my suitcase down somewhere between you and me.

It was you who imposed the so called “for your eyes only” friendships.

So it all ended up being “secretly” public.
Everybody blindly followed their leaders and praised them to Heaven.
Don’t say you “didn’t know”: I have heard that phrase too many

No excuse can be made in a case like this, because the truth comes
from within, not from above, and you should have known what was
going on from the very beginning.
Honesty starts within you, dishonesty was there all along.
All this wasted energy for basically Wall Mart poetry.
The result of your invented group therapy was that you took yourselves down to the same level as SI.
Like SI, you found honesty in dishonesty!
I’m telling you not one word written in the last 3 years has ever
jeopardized our chances to get paid, nor did one word jeopardize SI
as a company.
If SI was as forthcoming and honest as some claim, we would have been paid a long time ago.
It seems to me that so far SI has had to be forced to make every single
payment by a furious judge.
It was you who contacted Anton first by email for tidbits of SI information over the past 3 years.
It was your hunger for “the money truth” which created a kind of
Dick Cheney in all of you, although Anton stated on various
occasions he had not been a firsthand info provider at any given time.
You milked him for information and goodwill until the cow went dry.
I’m not talking about you Pingman, Budi and all the good people who’re
working tirelessly to earn an honest living, but get punished for
their efforts by people like the other you’s.
Those other you’s who, for their own benefit and vainglory, are creating circumstances that they can only become victims of.
I saw that happening a year ago and it was time for me to quit.
I’m talking about those members who showed no understanding and respect for freedom of speech and therefore contrived their own
“state of the union”.
Herman the Dusano can burn his fingers once, but never twice.

I’ll give you an example of how things went on behind the scenes.
It's been more than a year since Anton, Alberto and I were chatting together almost every night. Simonsage would come in to Alberto late at night and sometimes Budi would join them as well, but they were unaware of each other’s participation.
Alberto had also contacts with a German investment group and according to Alberto did neither Budi nor Simonsage know about that German investment group. The leader of the German group had the status of…. shall we say Simonsage as stated by Alberto.
We took advantage of the fact that Alberto was not that fluent in
English to feed him with questions for Simonsage.
Simonsage didn’t know it, of course.
The times when Alberto said that either Budi or Simonsage was lying were countless.
I spent many words on Alberto in trying to convince him that they were telling the truth and that the updates from the German investment group, Simonsage and Budi generally were in agreement with each other.
Alberto was always searching for that one word that was different in one of the updates and immediately labeled it as a lie.
So one night Alberto came up with the news that he and his lawyer had had a conversation with the German judge in Karlsruhe.
Of course Alberto forbade me to spread the news.
I was thinking afterwards that at least Budi needed to know this important news. So I passed on the information to him.
Budi, enthusiastic as always, unwittingly sent it further up to his sources.
As far as I was concerned, it was all correct.
But I made one mistake, apart from the fact that I had not been allowed to forward the news: I mentioned Alberto’s real name in my email to Budi, although Budi and Alberto had daily contact and knew each other’s real names perfectly well!.
The next day all hell broke loose.
Both Alberto and Simonsage were furious.
At Alberto’s request, I sent Budi an email and asked him to remove
Alberto’s real name from the record and pretend that the information
was not around, so to speak.
Well, Budi did that immediately of course, but the news stayed on.
I admitted my mistake and apologized to Alberto.
That was the moment I most felt I was caught up in a web of intrigues.
You will immediately react by saying that I was the same as you are.
Well, I never said I was any better than you, but I can fairly state that I
have always apologized for my mistakes and my apologies have generally
been accepted.
Reading Alberto’s subsequent dramatic goodbye on the forum, I can’t
escape from the thought that he got caught in the web he spun for himself.
After that incident, I pulled back from the scene and concentrated on my family.
I cut off all private email contacts and a little later, due to family circumstances,
I retreated from the forum as well.
Now don’t pretend that your hands are clean and your minds are
free, because a lot of members shared information with each other,
which supposedly should not have been shared. Maybe everybody did?
AT BEST YOUR HANDS WERE DIRTY CLEAN!
I was thinking, what were they so furious about anyway?
It was the moment of truth; the icing on the SI cake.
Finally, physical evidence that SI did exist and we could look forward in a relaxed manor to get paid for sure.
This German group was suddenly upset and did not trust Alberto any longer!
Why lost this German group trust in Alberto due to a meeting Alberto had
with a German Judge? They should be overwhelmed by joy.
Simonsage reported that SI had installed an information stop to all CONFERENCE VIP INVESTORS because of it.

What goes for Pingman goes for Budi.
Budi gave his email and sent family photos to me and many others.
He invited members who visited him in Australia and tries to set up
a system to help both you and the people in the world.
Only those people who stood on the barricades have changed history.
They have my respect in both agreement and disagreement.
Liars don’t behave this way. They keep a much lower profile.

Now, in this context, what about you, Simonsage?

You have produced such a finger pointing post towards Anton on Talkgold.
You finally went public from your executive position at HSBC Bank in London.
What about it?
You were among the first who retreated from our forum to start working
behind the scenes.
In your conversations with Alberto and others you always said you were
very close to SI and the banks on an executive level.
You knew all the big shots personally.
Video conferences between SI, fellow investors and you were weekly routines.
You spoke from the inside out as far as SI and the banks were concerned.
Of course you reported this to your email friends and in the beginning Anton was included in your circle.
You said you never talked to Budi, but you lied on that one for sure.
You sold your integrity and the “trust” invested in you by SI a long time ago, so don’t come whining about Anton and tear him to pieces on some forum.

At some point even the dollar was fluctuating because of it.
From public holidays to clean – up days; groups turned into regions.
Weeks became months, months became years and years became months again. I guess only life can produce a better schedule than SI.
It goes for a lifetime.
The human mind can only stand so much, but what do you care?

So if Pingman indeed has seen court papers than the poor Judge has to hammer out each single payout all by himself due to unwillingness to pay by SI.
That means the Judge must have control over the data base, but has to beat the funds out of SI and its bank associates with a hammer as big as the new presidential armed Obama car.
Let’s be positive and give the Judge 2 days to hammer out one single payment. Let’s make a calculation based upon 3 years of “SI updates”.

Well, some 40.000 accounts times 2 days equals 80.000 days
divided by 240 workable days equals 333 years and 80 days to complete this workout. (40.000 x 2: 240 = 333, 33 years).

With that funny anecdote in mind the updates are based upon more and less “wishful none thinking”.

I have just learned that Pingman sent word out to you, encouraging
members to go after Anton.
Pingman what are you up to?
No lawsuit against Washington about the torture in Guantanamo Bay,
but seeking justice in Oslo for a few harsh words?
What’s going on in your honorable head?
I hereby publicly invite those 2 law firms to pay me a visit first.
The Norwegian Justice Department will be very interested in
solidinvestment.com and the legal aspects of all its activities.
I’ll give the Justice Department a general statement and Anton can
finish it with a more detailed explanation.

With all due respect, here is what your recent WLD post proves:
Even after your decision, in agreement with the other three Moderators, to ban not only Anton but all SI discussions from your forum, you’re no longer able to dismiss serious and well - considered criticism out of hand like a cantankerous old school teacher.
Different tactics might have done the trick; not a gag order imposed on all of us.
I have already told you personally what I think about certain things.
I have voiced my criticism in private, but now I feel forced to go public.
Furthermore, I am informing you that both Anton and I are well insured and therefore have the best lawyers at our disposal. Free of charge, as they would be paid by our insurance companies.
Only one question is important. Only one question remains.
Will we get paid and when, or have we been fooled by SI.
My Commandments.

1. I was not involved in any of the writings produced by Anton
during the last year.

2. I was not in contact with any member during last year,
except Dags (once) and Pingman (twice).

3. Pingman wrote me twice about Anton and I have answered him twice.
I have sent copies of this correspondence to Anton.

4. Anton has never stolen any email address from any member.

5. Anton has only sent emails to those who have contacted him first;
(about 180 members). That’s no crime. The rest of the members
must have been contacted by others.

6. Neither Anton nor I have anything to do with that

7. After Pingman’s warning on the forum I learned there was indeed
a fake website and I paid the website a visit.

8. Neither Anton nor I was in any way involved in the “we
accuse” letter—but if you are manipulative enough,
honesty might strike back to you.

Well, I stopped trying to figure everything out a long time ago.

Revelation:

1. Anton’s final private email to address the members was
on February 10, 2009, it was sent to some 20 SI PHP forum members.

2. He never has posted anything on any Internet forum other
than the SI PHP forum regarding SI.

3. He hasn't communicated privately with SI PHP forum members
since July 15, 2008, except with a few.

Between July 15th 2008 and February 10, 2009 he wrote 4 private emails
he sent to 176 SI PHP forum members.
Pingman received two of them.

4. Anton states unequivocally that neither he for sure, nor Anton’s
presumed “friends” or 'assistants', have posted anything on any
forum regarding SI for at least four months for as far as Anton’s has
been informed by his “friends”.

5. Any post on any other forum rather than the SI PHP forum in Dusano’s
name or in Langnes’s name meant that those were written by
others. Pingman calls this kind of practice “an invasion of rights”.

Based on the above presented information and the evidence stored by Anton on his computer, I advice you politely but strongly to stop immediately his actions to pursuit Anton via 2 law firms in Oslo, Norway.
In case you will decide to continue:
I publicly ask you to privately send me the links to these
2 law firms, because then I’ll be able to report what has been going on myself and come into balance with history.
Firsthand information serves its purpose the best, don’t you agree?
I am also calling upon the members, who are willing to serve the cause of justice to send those links of those law firms in Oslo to Anton.

I have looked all over the world…. I have looked far away to the east.
I climbed to a higher plateau, so to speak.
Now I can see Mr. Frenchman, and I can hear his born Eastern German accent: it’s Alberto coming. He’s walking with a village Judas Priests.
Guess what?
Mr. Frenchman is the only person to whom I ever gave an English translation of my last name.
In response to Anton, he blamed a woman for the fake website.
In fairness to Alberto, I must say that he reported to Anton that he already had found out it was not him (my brother) who was behind this website.
I’m not accusing Alberto for setting up that website, but it’s strange
that he was the only one who knew my last name in English
and suddenly this name went further down the road, all the way down
to that website like the statue of liberty went from France to Long Island
all those years ago.
The photos used on the website have obviously been manufactured in Eastern Europe. They certainly are not ours.
They don’t even resemble anyone of us!
The written language is simple and absolutely not our style.
The information presented is way out of context, stolen from private emails between Anton and third parties.
ANTON CAN PROVE THAT WORDS HAS BEEN ALTERED AND TEXT HAS BEEN EDITED.
On top of that, information like personal tax liability, telephone numbers, addresses, and so on, was released without our permission, which is an abuse of any law on privacy in this world and therefore a criminal act.
The website shows amateurism and the editor(s) show(s) incompetence.
I call it the KSC website representing your version of the freedom of speech.
Homemade KGB dish with a touch of Stasi flavor dressed by a CIA sauce served on a plate made by “The French connection”.
Sensitive private information on that website suggests hacking into at least Anton’s PC and maybe mine as well.
That’s a crime too.
Both of us had a computer crash last year.
Anton has not looked at the website yet – understandably he doesn’t
even want to see it.
Although Anton has stopped writing conclusions on your bulletin
board since February 2009 and also stopped communicating with most
of the members, there are still a few members he’s corresponding with.
Only those few knew that I got married last year and that I will move into another house this year.
Yet this information is on that website without my permission.
You may draw your own conclusions, and those trusted friends too.
I have made Anton aware of the identity of those highly trusted
friends.

Now I am going back to you….or rather, those other you’s!

Neither Pingman nor Budigower I consider being liars or criminals
and most certainly not Anton. So this is not about them at all.

You’re the real criminals, the leftovers in life.
Your fall from grace didn’t end at the bottom of the stairs, but it
went on.
I am accusing you of committing a crime against us on the Internet
by releasing private information (maybe information stolen by
hacking into Anton’s computer) such as home addresses, tax
information, phone numbers and my brother’s various email
addresses.
You have committed a crime and I have lost all respect for you.
Both Pingman and Anton have used their right to free speech,
although Pingman should have used his own forum as a freedom of
speech platform.
Ironically we communicate through other forums rather than ours
as a result to seek the truth.
Both came forward with their own names.
I have respect for the both of them, but I’ll fight Pingman tooth
and nail when it comes to Anton.
One could also argue that if Pingman had allowed Anton to speak freely
on the forum many unpleasant emails would never have been sent.
Unfortunately good tactics and common sense were having a day off
when Anton was banned.
Two people building up more anger from an angry state to create
something like a Big Mac of aggression.
It’s all about you and what you are standing for in life.
If you can’t handle that, then it is better for you to move to
Burma where might makes right.
Meet those destitute people the world has let down in its pursuit
of prosperity because of the unspeakable greed of a minority;
because children living in exotic lands are paid less than a dollar
a day to do slave labor for you while your own kids are not
satisfied with a $50 weekly allowance often wasted in video
arcades; and because China (where some of those underage slaves
reside) is cunningly, yet stupidly complicit in buying US Treasury
bonds on a daily basis.
It’s not the facts that are important here and not the acts either.
It’s not the words, but the thoughts.
It’s your state of mind and the dark side of your truth.
I’m trying to cut you loose from old dogmas.
Look over your shoulder and look at the other you’s.
It much better to cut loose from them rather than to hang on.
It might be addictive.

If freedom of speech and respect for each other’s needs had prevailed.
Then trust would have been the foundation upon which many friendships could have been built.
We would have no disputes today.
Pingman would not have closed his own forum and would not have written answers on another forum.
You see how crazy this has become, people?
It could have been so much nicer, even beautiful.
Nothing more was ever involved.
Nothing more is involved now.
Simply basic rights: that’s what it all comes down to.
The whole world is longing for that same basic element of honesty.
If you cannot be on that level on a forum stage…
Well, then, go home and lead a quiet life.

POINT OF VIEWS

Anton’s opinion:
Based on all daily information he had received, analyzed and
commented for almost 3 years he finally concluded in December 2008
that SI was an ordinary HYIP scam.
Regarding the German court papers,
In his opinion Pingman lied openly to everybody on the SI PHP forum
and Alberto did the same in private to some members.
When Anton asked to show proof the story changed into
“I have seen the papers through a third party”.
He concluded that Simonsage must be the main source of information
if not indeed the only source.
Word by word taken from Pingman statements Anton claims he
can prove the lies.
In reply to his "open letter" to Pingman in December 2008 Pingman
has sent me two times a mail in which Anton feels falsely accused
and threatened by Pingman.

Pingman’s opinion:
Read the WLD post.

Two different opinions, two sorts of attacks, two different defenses.
At least public actions with real people standing on the barricades
for better and worse.
I respect them both for that and I feel neither blame nor shame.
Two minds one destiny, so?
The rest of you never seem to have any opinions only usernames.

My opinion:
I accuse SI for lying to us, not the info providers.
I have never questioned the integrity of any of the info providers.
Not Simonsage either!
I used him to give you an example how things really went and still
are going on behind the scenes. I respect them all in their own right.
Maybe SI uses a stooge to fool the info providers.
Then again I have no proof of anything. Not from SI or any info provider.
In spite of that, SI has our data base and it would be so simple for them
to notify us in the past 3 years about the ongoing process and their
willingness to pay without jeopardizing the judicial process.
However, they have only shown their unwillingness to pay us so far
no matter what the info providers have said so far too.
Me, I’m still standing with my bucket somewhere between
Amsterdam and Moscow, waiting for the SI train to come by.
I heard that SI is in the process to execute a court order to drop, blindfolded through unwillingness, my investment return in my bucket, somewhere between Amsterdam and Moscow.
The chances that they will succeed are less than those of a grain of
sand staying dry under the Niagara Falls.
Unproven conformations are all we have so far and my group leader is still waiting too. At least he should have heart something by now.
I mean $500 million for him to expect to get paid by SI, come on people!
Well, I have the Obama feeling and I’ll just wait it out.
What else can I do rather than to believe in you?
I like to believe, but tell me how?
Besides how long are we going to take SI promises before we are going to take actions against SI ourselves to force payment from them?
Do you want to wait until 2010 and beyond or until our rights will probably expire in 2011? No contracts in our hands, payments via E-gold!
Do we have any rights? What are your thoughts, people?

My letter was not designed to go against any person in particular, political views and religious convictions although it might seems to be that way, but against attitudes, chosen strategies, values, consequences, lack of clarity and honesty and most of all against those who have committed an internet crime by designing and operating an illegal website.
Furthermore we protest in the strongest way possible against Pingman and Budi, who has accused Anton by Email of carrying out illegal internet activities and Pingman in particularly who apparently has started a lawsuit in Oslo against Anton.
Everything is interactive and connected and self-analysis would canalize the mental chaos like the channels in Amsterdam.
At best the state of mind should have the status of organized chaos.
FINALLY
Both Anton and I will save the information stored in our old
computers so it can be handed over to the Norwegian Authorities at
their request.

I’ll report your crimes to the Norwegian police myself, this time in a coordinated action with Anton.

Ironically, both Pingman’s private investment group and Budigower
seem to think I have been associated with this SI crap over the past year.
Pingman wrote me that I had been excluded from his group for future
investments by majority decision; and from Budigower, I haven’t
received any more information concerning Pascas and FOP since Anton
started expressing doubts about the validity and reliability of your information sources.
How will it be possible for you to help needy people if you can’t see the forest for the trees?
That’s a question those who belong to the New Age Movement have to
answer for themselves.
Personally, I don’t associate myself with this way of thinking.
Exclusion without any right to self-defense is not my suit.
Exclusion by association looks very undemocratic to me.
I’m not Anton and Anton is not me, but together we’re as one.
He and I are not remotely like you either.
I teach my children the opposite of what you do.
I tell them, “All you need to know is that love equals forgiveness
that never has to be asked for.”
I don’t need any guide: I already know the way.
It’s the only way I know and it’s my way.
I was happy before I knew you and I have to work much harder to
keep myself happy since I have known you.
For me, it would have been better not to know you.
Independence, a fair mind and a free spirit, no stress and my
family are the ingredients of my happiness.
You simply don’t fit into this.

Well, people, my and my brother’s hands are clean and I’m sure
yours are not.
Writing close to politics and religion was meant to be as a wake up call
for the behavior of the all other you’s among you, not to offence you in
any way and if I did I apologize in advance.

I consider deleting of my post and eventually banning me as a member
as a confession to your hypocrisy and a valuation of my freedom of speech.

Secondly:
